Thought [ Thu, 10 Dec 12:35pm ] yarn_lolis [ieatedyourcooki] Nintendo DSi now has a downloadable program called "notebook". It seemed silly at first, but for 200pts, not so bad. That's about 2.00, and I feel its worth it after i figured out it has graph pages. So if you have a lace pattern you need to take with you, or a motif you are working on, jot it into your program with the graph paper setting on and you have a totally portable, non-destroyable copy of your pattern. (This is a much better alternative for me than carrying a little sheet of graph paper around.) There are limits. The graph is only 17 x 13, so for my standard 33sts sock fronts, it wouldn't work for a big elaborate pattern. Just thought I would put it out there for knitters and crocheters who happen to own a DSi. The program is available in the DSiware shop. 4 comments|post comment
